1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via this website between Hanna Tkachenko (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the customer.

The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

2. Products

The products offered are digital products (PDF files) that are provided electronically after purchase.

No physical product will be shipped.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By completing the checkout process and submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product.

The contract is concluded once payment has been successfully completed and the digital product is made available for download.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on this website are final prices and include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), where required by law.

Any additional payment transaction costs charged by the payment provider shall be borne by the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout.

The digital product will only be made available after successful payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made exclusively in digital form.

The customer receives access to the purchased file immediately after successful payment.

No shipping costs apply.

7. Copyright

All digital products are protected by copyright.

The purchased files are intended exclusively for the customer's personal use.

Redistribution, resale, sharing, copying, publication, modification or commercial use without the Seller's prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

The Seller shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability shall only apply in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
